COREFLUSH: PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: March 2, 2026

I. PRIVACY POLICY

CoreFlush is dedicated to the principle of technical transparency. This policy outlines how we interact with your device and the strict limitations we place on data exposure.

Localized Computational Scope

CoreFlush provides a singular utility: the identification and removal of redundant APK files, residual application data, and temporary system caches.

The Access Permission: To fulfill this function, the application requires the "All Files Access" permission.

On-Device Execution: All file analysis, classification, and deletion logic are executed locally on your hardware. We do not maintain any external server infrastructure for the storage or mirroring of your file metadata. Your personal files, documents, and identity remain strictly on your device.

Technical Ecosystem & Third-Party Platforms

While your personal content never leaves your device, CoreFlush interfaces with specific third-party frameworks to maintain software health and analyze distribution metrics.

Firebase (Google): We utilize Firebase for crash analytics. If a system failure occurs, a pseudonymized technical log (device model, OS version, and failure stack trace) is generated to help us resolve the issue.

Analytics and Attribution (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer): These services assist us in understanding where our users discover our app (marketing attribution). They process technical identifiers such as your Advertising ID (GAID or IDFA).

Isolation Guarantee: These partners are contractually prohibited from accessing your local file system or correlating technical metadata with your real-world identity.

Legal Basis for Data Processing

Our limited processing of technical telemetry is grounded in the following legal pillars:

Contractual Necessity: Local processing of your file system is essential to provide the cleanup service you have engaged us to perform.

Legitimate Interests: We utilize non-sensitive technical identifiers to secure our application against fraud, optimize software performance, and manage our commercial viability.

Your Rights and Data Sovereignty

Regardless of your global location, CoreFlush recognizes and honors your fundamental data rights:

Right to Know (Sharing & Selling): You have the right to know if your data is shared or sold. CoreFlush does not sell your personal or technical data. Sharing is strictly limited to the technical operational partners listed in Section 2.

Right of Access: You may request access to the data we process. Because your files are local, you have direct access via the app; for technical telemetry logs held by partners, you may contact our DPO.

Right to Rectification: You may demand the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal/technical data we or our partners possess.

Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can request the total deletion of your data. Uninstalling CoreFlush immediately purges all local scan history. For technical telemetry, our DPO can facilitate a request to our partners for erasure.

Right to Lodge a Complaint: You are entitled to contact a regulatory authority or data protection supervisor in your jurisdiction if you believe our data handling violates your rights.

Retention and Disposal Protocols

Local Operational Data: Scan results are transient; they exist in the device’s volatile memory only during an active session and are cleared upon app termination.

Technical Telemetry: Non-identifiable data held by third-party partners is retained for the minimum period required for aggregate performance reporting (typically 12 to 24 months) and is then permanently anonymized.

Choice and Opt-Out Mechanisms

We provide you with the tools to manage your digital footprint:

Disallowing Sharing/Sales: You can prevent technical sharing by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) within your system settings.

Permission Revocation: You may withdraw storage access at any time through your device settings, which will instantly terminate all scanning capabilities.

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

We have appointed a dedicated officer to monitor our privacy compliance and handle user inquiries.

DPO Name: Marcus Vane
